At Kelmscott Dental, we’re committed to providing reliable, transparent dental services that leave our patients looking and feeling their best. Our wisdom tooth removal procedure is no exception to this. However, like any dental treatment there are a range of costs and information involved that patients must be aware of. To find out more about our wisdom teeth removal costs, continue reading below.
The cost factors involved in wisdom teeth removal greatly rely on the type of treatment needed. This is personalised to each patient as everyone’s tooth structure is different.
However, the common cost factors include:
- Consultation with your dentist
- In-chair treatment and/or anesthesia for sedation treatment
- Health insurance
Health Fund Rebates
Our reception team are able to provide easy, on-the-spot claiming facilities to those insured with major health fund providers. We’re preferred providers for BUPA, HBF and HCF, allowing our patients to receive the best possible rebates.
Depending on your level of cover, your health fund should be able to cover a portion of the wisdom teeth removal costs (if you have major dental cover). During your consult, your dentist will be able to assess your case and outline the costs involved.
